Our direct debit payment process
When do I receive my invoice?
You will receive your invoice between the 1st and 5th working day of every month.
When do you debit my account?
You will be debited on or after the 10th of every month.
Your first payment
If you are on a monthly plan, your first payment will be taken the month following your service start date. Your first payment will include**:
- A pro rata amount for the service start date month
- The ensuing month subscription
- Two further months subscription, in advance, to avoid arrears
All further payments will include a month subscription and any potential activity carried out.
**For example; if your service starts on the 5th of September, you will be debited on or after the 10th of October, this will include payments for September, October, November and December.
Can I change my plan from monthly to annually?
Yes.
How do I change my plan from monthly to annually?
You will need to send an email to billing@keyholding.com.
Any changes will take effect on the following invoice.
