Charlie Gordon Lennox: Chief Executive Officer
Our founder Charlie is a natural entrepreneur and visionary. His unstoppable energy and determination, coupled with his critical thinking have put The Keyholding Company at the forefront of innovation within Security since he founded the company in 1998. Charlie’s passion for environmental and charitable work is at the centre of the company’s ethos.
Abi Shuttleworth: Chief Strategy Officer
Abi oversees management of the company and is responsible for determining and implementing strategy. Abi started out in Private Equity, where she evaluated investment opportunities and undertook interim leadership positions in portfolio companies such as Deliverance. She holds a Joint Honours degree from Oxford University.
Tim Parfitt: Chief Financial Officer
Tim has over 20 years’ experience in financial leadership roles in owner managed and publicly listed companies. Most recently he spent six years at furniture retailer Loaf, followed by three years with Eve Sleep. Tim joined Eve post-IPO as part of a new management team tasked with turning around the loss-making AIM-listed mattress retailer. Losses were reduced from £25m to £2m before the brand was sold to a trade buyer. In his spare time, you will usually find Tim cycling!
Claire Hawley: Chief Growth Officer
Claire leads our Marketing and Sales strategy. Claire came to Keyholding from a variety of consumer-focused tech start-ups, firstly in Silicon Valley, California and later in London. Since joining she has driven the rebrand of the company, the launch of the company Values and the coalition of our sales and marketing efforts. She graduated from Cambridge University.
Chris Russell: Chief Delivery Officer Tim Parfitt: Chief Financial Officer
With a background in digitally transforming the operational requirements of typically non-technical industries, Chris joined in 2017 as Head of Operations with a single mission – Take 1000’s of complex processes, and make them infinitely scalable, whilst retaining the quality of service that we are known for. His relentless focus on the data has helped motivate our partner network and streamline our client hub.
Rachel Webb: Chief Commercial Officer
Rachel is a Chartered Security Professional with over 25 years in the industry. Starting her career in the British Army’s Intelligence Corps, she has wide experience in strategic security operations within both the public and private sectors. Rachel has recently joined The Keyholding Company to lead the commercial department and support the growth of several new service lines. In any spare time not spent with her family, she is completing her Professional Doctorate in Security Risk Management.
Lucas Gundry: Chief Technology Officer
Lucas is an avid technology strategist with over 10 years experience running technology programmes, growing agile teams and specialising in helping businesses to digitally transform. Lucas has a breadth of knowledge across several aspects of technology including bespoke product development, IT operations and data strategy. Digital transformation at The Keyholding Company has enabled the company to leverage our service partner network via CHASE to deliver over 2000 jobs a day.
