Motorbike Security Officer

We are looking for enthusiastic security professionals to join our Security Operations team, providing an impeccable service to our London-based clients.
As a Motorbike Security Officer, this role requires you to be a confident and reliable motorbike rider.

Following specific requests, alarm activations or emergencies, you will be the first on scene to attend our clients’ sites to investigate and secure the premises (and stay if needed). You will be predominantly on the road but will be stationed at – and required to attend – our office in Southwest London at the start of your shift.

Shifts/Hours: 4on & 4off shift pattern, Day shifts 0600-1800 & Night shifts 1800-0600.

You’ll be (but not limited to):
  • Responding to alarm activations at Commercial and Residential properties.
  • Carrying out routine property checks.
  • Doing mobile patrols, unlocks / lock-ups as required.
  • Learning our product range and how our products function.
  • Helping to build good customer relations.
  • Ensuring customers are extended the highest levels of customer service.
To be considered for this excellent opportunity you must have the following:
  • A full UK Motorbike licence required (CBT Licence holder will be considered)
  • An SIA security license is preferred but not essential as can be provided if required.
  • Be a confident rider with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • Hold a good geographical knowledge of London.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a thorough approach to completing tasks.
  • Forward thinking with a can do / will do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
