Our business is based on access to your home or business for the provision of a range of security and home management services. By holding a set of keys we are able to provide emergency response for alarm activations, carry out home and premises checks whilst you're away, organise and provide access for contractors, carry out deliveries directly into the home and provide access for many other reasons.

History

The Keyholding Company was established in 1998 in London. We offer keyholding, alarm response, mobile patrols and property checks around the country, backed up by emergency contractors.

In London we also offer contractor services for our members, so should you need a plumber or electrician, cleaner or handyman, we can help. We'll even meet deliveries for you and check your property is secure when you aren't there. As guardians of your home or business, we aim to ensure that your property, staff or contents remain safe and secure at all times.
