Revenue Controller

We are looking for a confident, outgoing and results driven revenue controller to join the TKC team. Reporting into the Head of Credit Control and Billing, the revenue controller is responsible for undertaking the effective collection of accounts to improve cash flow and minimise bad debt exposure. This role will also work closely with the billing team to ensure billing related issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.

You’ll be (but not limited to):
  • Maintain and build relationships with customers to ensure collection objectives are met.
  • Deal with customer enquiries and manage query resolution process.
  • Understanding and resolving client / Service Partner queries within agreed SLA’s.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and Service Partners to keep them informed of progress.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure the prompt resolution of queries.
  • Identify root cause of issues and recommend preventative actions.
  • Ensure changes are made to the route cause so that problems do not recur.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure changes are implemented.
  • Monitor, highlight and report potential credit risks.
  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform pre-billing checks and make necessary amendments.
  • Prepare and distribute invoicing reports as required.
  • Generate and distribute client invoicing in line with agreed SLA’s.
  • Raise credits and manual invoices as required.
To be considered for this excellent opportunity you must have the following:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Diploma in Credit Management would be an advantage
  • The ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Takes ownership and responsibility of assigned tasks
  • Organised, methodical calm under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills
  • The ability to explain financial matters firmly and clearly
  • Excellent mathematical skills
