Technical Analyst (Digital Transformation)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Technical/Transformation analyst to be part of a small yet ambitious team and able thrive in a larger exciting, dynamic, start-up paced environment.
That is where you come in, reporting into the Transformation Lead and working closely with the entire technology team, you will help implement a roadmap of transformation projects of varying complexity. From internal transformation that enables digital scalability or reduces costs, through to external transformation that improves the product that we offer, ultimately contributing to The Keyholding Company’s growth.

- Excellent salary of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.

- Learning new systems and technologies from scratch, and quickly being in position to configure them to meet our objectives.
- Attending and recording discovery sessions, to extract business requirements for potential initiatives.
- Using data extensively to analyse, validate and implement proposed initiatives.
- Project managing the implementation of transformation initiatives to ensure they are delivered within their appropriate deadlines.
- Regularly communicating with relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, completion, or any blockers that must be overcome.
- Working closely with the Product team to create and insert development tickets key to transformation initiatives into sprints.
- User testing/validation of end solution, to ensure any initiatives meet their desired purpose.
- Roll out and training to staff/clients to ensure they utilise the technology/processes that have been implemented in the appropriate manner.
- A subject matter expert on the technologies and/or processes that you implement.
- Chase (our bespoke operational platform, built by our own developers).
- Zendesk (tickets, calls and live chat).
- HubSpot (sales pipeline and CRM).
- Power BI (Insights, both internal and external).
- Monday.com (project management).
- Twilio (automated communications).
- Various IOT platforms and supporting tools.
- Experience designing and managing transformation initiatives, ideally having singlehandedly run complex programs across multiple disciplines.
- Digital know-how, with the ability to understand and apply cutting-edge technologies to a wide range of scenarios.
- Interpersonal skills and enjoy working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience across a wide range of topics, e.g. Commercial, Operational, Sales and Technology.
- Great coaching abilities to nurture and develop the skillsets of junior transformation specialists.
