Your mission

This role requires confident and reliable motorbike riders. In this role, you will be the first to attend our client’s sites following specific requests, alarm activations or emergencies to investigate and secure the premises and stay if needed. You will be predominantly on the road.

You’ll be (but not limited to):
  • Responding to alarms at Commercial and Residential properties
  • Carrying out routine property checks
  • Doing mobile patrols, unlocks, lock-ups as required
  • Learning our product range and how they function
  • Helping to build good customer relations
  • Ensuring customers are extended the highest levels of customer service
  • Working 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and night), 12hr shifts
  • The shift pattern means you will cover weekdays and weekends while working the 4 on 4 off pattern
Candidate description:
You’ll need
  • A full UK Motorbike licence
  • An SIA security license is preferred
  • At least 2 year’s of riding experience
  • Good knowledge of London
  • Checkable work history up to 5 years or to last full-time education
Ideally you’ll have
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a thorough approach to completing tasks
  • Forward thinking with a can do/will do attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure
