Compliance Lead

We are a digitally transformed, tech-enabled security services company on the verge of breaking into the care sector with an innovative digital product.

We are looking for a Compliance Lead to join the TKC team who will manage our governance framework and build strong relationships with business stakeholders to guarantee that our compliance functions are working effectively. This is a new unique opportunity for a person to work closely with the Head of IT Operations to implement and maintain best practice compliance within The Keyholding Company.

You will be working closely with stakeholders across all levels of the business to maintain our ISO accreditations including ISO9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001. You will implement new controls and ways of working to ensure our client and company data is safe and that our systems remain secure as we continue to launch new products. This role will give you the flexibility to work from home but also to have access to our office in Farringdon.

You'll be (but not limited to):
  • Working in an ISO environment, ensuring that our controls and processes are actively maintained, reviewed and audited to achieve successful re-certification. The ISO standards we hold are:
    ISO9001 – Quality Management
    ISO14001 – Environmental Management
    ISO27001 – Information Security Management
    ISO45001 – Occupational Health and Safety
  • Working with various business stakeholders to maintain the smooth running of our Compliance frameworks.
  • Keeping all compliance documentation is version controlled and that relevant documents are available to business stakeholders.
  • Ensure our team members have the correct training and awareness of our policies and procedures.
To be considered for this excellent opportunity you must have the following:
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience of managing compliance frameworks (For example Risk Management, Quality Management, Business Continuity Management, Document Management).
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, we currently hold 4 ISO standards and don’t expect you to know all of them in detail but a good understanding about how they are maintained and audited.
